Description

1. Organize and carry out the analysis of economic conditions and related policies of the responsible region, so as to discover, inspect and study new projects;

3. According to the company's development strategy, complete the regional land reserve and acquisition work;

5. Presided over and promoted the acquisition and handling of documents related to land in the early stage of the project;

6. Responsible for the acquisition and handling of relevant approval documents and procedures in the process of project development, including the "Five Certificates", civil air defense, fire protection, greening, water saving, transportation, environmental protection and other approval procedures, planning and acceptance, completion acceptance record and approval, project rights confirmation, etc;

7. Assisted in the arrangement and combination of personnel among departments under my charge, solved resource allocation conflicts, supported the work of the general manager of the city company, and ensured the cooperation and win-win among departments;

8. Guided and assessed subordinates, supervised them to formulate and supervise performance plans and their completion,Construction of sales talent echelon;

Claim

1. Bachelor degree or above in industrial and civil construction or real estate management;

2. More than 8 years of working experience in investment, land development and construction application, familiar with the process of real estate project related fields, have worked in the land department of the government or have relevant connections;

4. Excellent public relations ability, organization and coordination ability, good research and analysis ability, market insight and judgment;
