IT- Director

Description

1. Participate in the formulation of the company's strategy, and make the overall enterprise informatization strategy and plan according to the company's strategy;

2. Organize the formulation and revision of enterprise information system management system and related equipment standards;

3. Promote the application of enterprise informatization projects and improve the implementation conditions;

4. Planned and designed office hardware and software supporting facilities according to the company's development requirements;

5. Maintain and stabilize the company's network environment to ensure the security of important business data and information;

6. Comprehensively manage and build the IT team of the company, organize and set the work objectives and work plans of the department and supervise their implementation;

7. Guide and train department staff to improve their management skills, awareness and professional level, improve the operation efficiency of the department, and ensure that the department completes the work objectives as planned;

8. Organize, coordinate and deal with decision-making issues between the department and other cooperative departments;

9. Establish and maintain strategic cooperative relations with business partners;

10. Assisted the superior in dealing with the major affairs of enterprise information construction.

Claim

1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in computer science or information management;

2. More than 8 years of IT related work experience, more than 3 years of strategic information management work experience, familiar with enterprise information strategy development planning and implementation;

3. Solid professional knowledge of information management, proficient in project implementation, IT strategic planning and implementation methods;

4. Excellent communication, coordination and IT strategic planning skills, good resource integration and data analysis skills, rich industry resources and broad vision;

5. Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, able to read English report documents;

6. 35-45 years old, no gender limitation.
