Senior IT Software Engineer

Description

1. Organized IT software project demand survey and put forward improvement suggestions;

2. Organize supplier selection, contract negotiation and signing for IT software projects;

3. Organize the preparation of the project schedule implementation plan, and organize and carry out the project implementation, launching, training and promotion according to the project schedule implementation plan;

4. Evaluate the effect of informatization implementation and put forward continuous improvement plans;

5. Maintain and manage IT software that has been applied online according to the project plan;

6. Organized and dealt with daily problems of on-line IT software, summarized and fed back problems during system operation, and put forward suggestions for improvement;

7. Guided and trained team members to ensure the normal operation of the company's software implementation system;

8. Coordinate and deal with decision-making issues between the department and other cooperative departments;

9. Establish and maintain strategic cooperative relations with business partners;

10. Complete temporary tasks assigned by superiors.

Claim

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in computer science or related;

2. more than five years of software implementation and maintenance experience in large enterprises, familiar with CRM, ERP, financial budgeting software implementation and presentation workflow, proficient in real estate related work experience is preferred;

3. Solid professional information knowledge, proficient in project implementation, IT construction methods, familiar with database theory and operation;

4. Good data processing and analysis ability, communication and coordination ability, plan execution ability, excellent project management ability, negotiation ability and supplier management ability;

5. Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese;

6. Aged 28-35, with no gender limitation, having passed the National Advanced Qualification examination of Computer Software, PMP project Management certification of PMI, IPMP GRADE C or above is preferred.
