Description

1. Responsible for communication, docking and relationship maintenance with housing Authority certificate departments;

2. Responsible for understanding the latest policies of housing Authority;

3. Responsible for collecting/keeping relevant information required for pre-sale certificate;

4. Responsible for the issuance of pre-sale permits;

5. Handle other tasks assigned by leaders.

Claim

1. Bachelor degree or above;

2. two years or above working experience, with a large real estate company pre-sale permit work experience is preferred;

3. Familiar with the process of housing management department and the process of real estate pre-sale certificate;

4. Familiar with real estate industry policies, norms and relevant laws and regulations;

5. Strong communication skills and organization, responsible and conscientious;

6. Good customer service awareness and teamwork spirit;

7. Be responsible and able to work under pressure;

8. Proficient in office software.
