Design Director

Description

1. Organize and complete the design and management of the whole process from the positioning of construction products to the construction drawings of various architectural specialties; 

2. Responsible for the completeness, accuracy and timeliness of the design results;

3. Responsible for organizing the design cooperation between architecture, landscape, interior and other professionals from design time to construction coordination stage;

4. Responsible for sealing sample and sample recognition of material samples;

5. Cooperate with the Investment Department to complete the land acquisition plan in the early stage from a professional perspective;

6. Cooperate with the Marketing Department to complete the positioning of construction products from a professional perspective;

7. Cooperate with the preliminary department to complete the application for approval and construction;

8. Cooperate with the project department to complete the negotiation of architectural design change, review and countersign of the second in-depth design, seal and recognize samples of material samples, and confirm the effect of the project facade;

9. Cooperate with the cost department to complete the review of technical documents of construction bidding documents;

10. According to the company's system requirements, complete the design time cost benchmarking and review, and organize the corresponding review meeting;

11. Manage the design suppliers, complete the comparison and selection, entrustment, contract signing, performance management and post-evaluation of design units at all stages of architectural design;

12. Establish the standard library of construction products of Guangzhou Company;

13. Responsible for receiving and sending drawings at various stages of construction, and finishing the sorting and filing of relevant drawings and files;

14. Finish the work assigned by superior leaders.

Claim

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in architecture; 

2.At least 5 years working experience in architectural design institute, at least 5 years working experience in real estate company;

3. Familiar with drawing software and office software.
