Description

1. Make overall plans for the human resource strategy and human resource development of the regional headquarters;

2. Build human resource platform, establish and improve human resource management system, study and design human resource management mode (including recruitment, performance, training, salary and staff development system construction), formulate and improve human resource management system;

3. Responsible for compiling quarterly and annual work summary plans and supervising their implementation;

4. Responsible for formulating the position setting and staffing of the company, and approving the annual staffing plan, annual staffing demand plan and annual personnel budget;

5. Organize and guide subordinates to carry out personnel recruitment, training, performance appraisal, compensation and welfare, employee relationship management and maintenance;

6. Responsible for the team management and daily management of the Human Resources Department, as well as the management, guidance, training and evaluation of the department staff.

Claim

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in human resources, administration or related;

2. More than 10 years human resource management experience in well-known real estate and commercial property enterprises;

3. Systematic understanding and practical experience accumulation of modern enterprise human resource management mode, familiar with labor law, contract law and relevant laws and regulations;

4. Good communication, coordination and organization skills, a sense of responsibility, good psychological ability and execution.

Salary Range

300000-350000
