Description
1. Assist the company manager to establish the internal risk control system, formulate the internal risk control system and supervise its implementation according to the internal control guidelines of listed companies and the actual management situation of the company;
2. Improve management functions such as risk identification, risk assessment and risk response plan formulation;
3. Continuously carry out risk management activities and improve the company's risk management prevention system;
4. Through risk management, found weak links in the company's internal control, blocked loopholes, and improved the company's operation effect and efficiency;
5. Complete other special risk control tasks assigned by leaders.
Claim
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in real estate development, auditing, enterprise management, law or related;
2. More than 5 years of risk management experience in real estate company, familiar with real estate development process, with risk research and analysis ability;
3. Familiar with the management norms and regulations of real estate and construction industry and the whole process of real estate development, with experience in internal audit and internal control, proficient in relevant legal knowledge;
4. Rigorous in work, good communication and coordination skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, good team spirit and professional ethics;
5. Real estate engineering background, certified public accountant, enterprise risk manager certificate is preferred.
