Quality &Safety Engineer

Description

1. System Construction:

(1) Organize the establishment and improvement of the company's project quality management system and responsibility system, the company's quality management workflow and work standards;

(2) Guide the company to establish a quality management system suitable for the company;

(3) Supervise the implementation of quality management system, timely find problems and put forward management requirements, assist subsidiaries to improve solutions and supervise the implementation;

2. Process quality management:

(1) Quality control of major engineering construction and construction organization design, as well as important special construction schemes;

(2) Responsible for organizing regular quality inspection of the company and the project Department, and special inspection of key projects, Prepare quarterly quality management analysis report, organize monthly quality management evaluation, spot check the company's project quality management, and supervise the implementation of rectification;

(3) To assist the competent administrative departments in the investigation and analysis of major quality accidents, follow-up treatment, prevention and improvement;

(4) Provide professional guidance, support and service for major quality problems arising in the project, and participate in the review of major engineering changes;

(5) Participate in the inspection and bid evaluation of strategic procurement units;

3. Quality assessment management:

(1) Assist in establishing and improving the company's quality management assessment scheme and indicators, and take charge of the company's project quality management assessment;

(2) Participate in the review of post-project evaluation reports, form a quality case analysis database, and submit it to the Investment Management Department;

(3) Review and analyze the project quality summary submitted by the company, and form the project quality summary report;

4. Information management:

(1) Information construction of technology quality management;

(2) Technical quality management file data collection and management;

(3) Promotion of technical and quality management policies and regulations;

5. Timely complete other tasks assigned by the company and the department.

Claim

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in architectural engineering or related;

2. Familiar with business process of real estate development;

3. Strong ability of coordination and communication, planning and control;

4. At least 6 years related working experience, at least 3 years management experience;

5. Independently managed more than 3 large-scale trans-industry projects throughout the whole process, able to control and balance the whole process of the project, with outstanding management ability;

6. Intermediate professional title in engineering or construction;

7. Good command of office software.
