Description

1. Establish and improve the cost accounting and control system;

2. Develop cost management norms, systems and business processes;

3. Responsible for cost planning and determining overall cost control indicators;

4. Decomposed cost control indicators and put forward control points;

5. Responsible for cost budget, analysis, audit and supervision of control operation system;

6. Reflect the implementation of each cost target in real time by setting cost ledger;

7. Prepare cost management dynamic evaluation report;

8. Assist in establishing cost information system and improving cost control files;

9. Organize various bidding work according to the project schedule.

Claim

1. Major in engineering cost, construction engineering, cost budgeting, cost management and other related majors, bachelor degree or above, certified cost engineer professional qualification certificate, well-known real estate company working background is preferred;

2. At least 10 years of engineering cost management experience, at least 5 years of equivalent position working background;

3. Proficient in dynamic cost management system, familiar with key points of cost control in various stages of real estate development, familiar with bidding, procurement, budget and contract;

4. Familiar with target cost compilation and target cost calculation of new projects;

5. Strong professional skills, familiar with national policies and regulations related to project cost management, and familiar with industry market conditions;

6. Good management experience, good professional communication, coordination and negotiation skills, able to work under great pressure;

7. Integrity, strong sense of responsibility, good professional ethics, comprehensive cost control consciousness.
