Design Management Supervisor

Description

1. Organize and complete the whole process of design and management from product positioning to hardcover construction drawing;

2. Compile the design task book for each stage of hardcover, review the design drawings for each stage of hardcover, and be responsible for the completeness, accuracy and timeliness of the design results;

3. Responsible for organizing design cooperation between hardcover, architecture, mechanical and electrical engineering, landscape architecture and other majors from design time to construction cooperation stage;

4. Responsible for sealing sample and sample recognition of material samples;

5. Cooperate with the Investment Department to complete the land acquisition plan in the early stage from a professional perspective;

6. Cooperate with Marketing Department to complete product positioning and other work from a professional perspective;

7. Cooperate with the preliminary department to complete the application for approval and construction;

8. Cooperate with the project department to complete the negotiation of change of hardcover design, review and countersign of the second in-depth design, sample identification of material samples, and confirm the effects involved in the process of hardcover;

9. Cooperated with the cost department to complete the technical file review of hardcover bidding documents;

10. According to the company's system requirements, complete the design time cost benchmarking and review, and organize the corresponding review meeting;

11. Manage design suppliers, complete the selection, commissioning, contract signing, performance management and post-evaluation of design units in each stage of hardcover design;

12. Established standard library of hardcover products of Guangzhou Company;

13. Responsible for receiving and sending drawings of each stage of hardcover, and finishing the sorting and filing of relevant drawings and files;

14. Finish the work assigned by superior leaders.

Claim

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in interior design or related;

2.At least 5 years working experience in hardcover design institute, at least 3 years working experience in real estate;

3. Timely and accurately complete the drawings of each stage of design, establish the standard library of hardcover products of Guangzhou Company, review the negotiation of hardcover design change, second in-depth design and technical standard files, Filing drawings in time;

4. Familiar with drawing software and office software;

5. Strong professional and communication skills.
