Description

1. Participated in the preparation of the first-level and second-level key node plans of the general control of the project and the full-cycle node plans, and reviewed the adjustment and change of node plans;

2. Checked the implementation of project node plan regularly, gave early warning in time, and prepared monthly and quarterly evaluation report of project progress;

3. Responsible for the monthly plan of each department, coordinated the work coordination among departments, and checked the implementation;

4. Timely feedback on project progress, assist in tracking and collecting meeting materials;

5. Participate in project scheduling meetings and put forward rectification opinions and suggestions;

6. Complete other tasks temporarily assigned by leaders.

Claim

1. Bachelor degree or above in engineering management, civil engineering, civil engineering, real estate management or related majors;

2. Familiar with real estate development process, more than 8 years working experience in large real estate development enterprises, including more than 5 years working experience in operation management, site project management experience is preferred;

3. Good communication, coordination and writing skills;

4. Proactive and able to work under pressure;

5. Intermediate or above professional title.
